Calamity Town known before as Bushuggi is a rural town in Onishima. Its one of the four level layouts appearing in the Shadow Warrior 2.
History[]
The Collision[]
During the Human Demon War, the demons in retaliation for the humans taking down their strategic supply routes, invade the town. They proceed to slaughter nearly every living creature living there, including children, women and pets. Then they dug in and hold the key forward strategic point, not letting the Human Liberation Army to take it back.
The town was the location of the final major battle in Human Demon War. After both sides mass huge forces, humans and demons collide at Bushuggi. But during the battle, Ameonna appears and walks through the battlefield completely unscathed. Her presence alone is enough to stop both demons and humans from fighting each other.
After the end of Human Demon War, the community that grows up in the ruins of Bushuggi, rename their town to Calamity in order to express the hard life people were living on the borders. The community is made out of outcasts both humans and demons, who managed to survive without assistance from Zilla or anyone else. When Zilla demolishes Nemurenai-gai district, Yakuza moves into the town, becoming the new law and bringing a much needed stability to the place. They also bring their criminal activities with them.
