EX-GF01 is a gattling gun appearing in Shadow Warrior 2 as part of Bounty Hunt part 1 free DLC.
Overview
Reward for the bounty mission, Merciless Captain. The weapon damage increases while standing still and can also heal Lo Wang after five seconds of continuous fire.
Usage
It`s a chi-tech minigun. Find a good spot, aim well and spray the hordes with technospiritual death at the rate of twenty two rounds per second.
Both parts of bonus for this gun imply you`d follow the aforementioned tactic of first finding a good spot, and then mowing down the opposition. Simple math tells us that running out the whole clip at once will heal 25 health points. So if you can find a good location where enemies aren`t liable to encircle you easily, it might be worth it to bust out this gun and press down the trigger. Healing while resting in one spot and turning enemies to mincemeat in the same time, what more could you possibly need?
Adding piercing ammo mod (particularly so, well-leveled one that increases damage instead of decreasing it) will further amplify the use of EX-GF01 as a chokepoint weapon. Another interesting possibilty is stuffing all available mod slots with clip expansion and ammo-saving chance mods, to significantly prolong the healing portion of firing.
