Armor Vest is an item appearing in Shadow Warrior Classic and its expansions, Wanton Destruction and Twin Dragon. The item returns in Shadow Warrior (2013).

Classic[]
Armor Vest is a protective gear that offers additional defense for Lo Wang. This normal grey version gives +50 armor points, half the protection of its upgraded red Kevlar version. Lo Wang can wear a maximum of 100 units of armor at the same time. These vests are more common than Kevlar Armors and can be found outside secret areas.
2013[]
Armor Vest returns in Shadow Warrior (2013), now simply called armor and has new visual design. As Classic one, the new one appears in two variations: smaller chest plate gives +35 armor, while bigger one gives +75 armor. As in Classic, armor is pretty rare in the levels. The maximum armor Lo Wang can have at a time has been reduced in the reboot from 100 to 75.

Armor is useful when fighting large groups of enemies or bosses.
