The Wyrm's Breath is grenade launcher appearing in Shadow Warrior 2.
Overview[]
Drops from The Toxitor boss in the mission Stop the Ooze. The bonus gives a 25% chance of casting Grip of Darkness upon explosion of the grenade.
Usage[]
Grenade launcher, demon version. Comes with proprietary but removable acid mod.
There`s little else to say about this gun. It rounds out the trio of single-shot grenade launchers with One-Trick Pony and Fujin. Which one of those to pick comes down to aesthetic preferences and elemental inclination. Special effect is nice but triggers too inpredictably to make it a part of any reliable tactic.
Sticky mod is well-suited for this. Radius-increasing mods are also a good idea, as are other acid element mods.
Trivia[]
- The weapons title reference its overall design, being shaped like a Wyrm.
- The overall appearance shares a canny resemblance to one of the Demon Arms from The Darkness II, as well the pre-set acid element for the weapon mod seems to also match aesthetically with the Swarm ability.
